Cover to Cover: 2024 Reading Challenge
Adults and Teens in Tuscarawas County are encouraged to participate in the County Library’s Cover to Cover Reading Challenge. Participants are challenged to read 20 different books from specific genres throughout 2024. Those who complete the challenge will receive a free umbrella inscribed with the words “I’d Rather Be Reading.”

Interested participants can download the Beanstack Tracker app on any smartphone or tablet or visit tusclibrary.beanstack.org on the web. A paper version of the challenge will also be offered in the latest edition of Between the Lines – the library programming newsletter is delivered by mail to homes within the Library’s service district in Tuscarawas County.

Test Proctoring

How do I schedule an exam?
Call 330-364-4474 ext. 231 to request a proctor. You will be assigned a proctor at the library who will work with you to schedule your test(s). Once your exam has been scheduled, it is your responsibility to make arrangements with your testing institution to send exam materials/passwords to the proctoring site. Please notify us regarding any changes that develop. Tests received without an appointment made in advance will be returned.

Absentee Ballot Request

The Tuscarawas County Public Library System can provide a free copy of the Absentee Ballot Request form that must be submitted to the local Board of Elections before an absentee ballot can be received by a registered voter.

Absentee Ballot Request Forms may be both picked up at and turned into any TCPL location.
