Home Delivery

The Mobile Services home delivery service is intended for individuals who are unable to come to the library on their own due to temporary or long-term illness, disability, or issues concerning mobility.

The Library's service district includes all of Tuscarawas County with the exceptions of residents who fall in another library service district, including households and care facilities located in the Dover, Claymont, and Newcomerstown school districts or the Village of Gnadenhutten.
There will be no checkout limits or late fines
Deliveries are made every two weeks
Customers are able to place their own holds or we will provide items based on a customer's likes and preferences
