Educator Collection

Educator Collection is a service available to preschool, elementary, middle school, high school, and home educators that supplies a classroom with a collection of materials on a specific subject or title for students. Use the form below to request a collection, and contact us with questions. Educator Card and Educator Collection Policy.

If you would like your classroom to visit the bookmobile, please contact our Mobile Services Supervisor, Emmie Troyer or call 330-364-4474 ext. 242.

Include the first and last name of the educator. 
The 14-digit number on the back of your library card.

Materials Request:

Please Note: TWO WEEKS' NOTICE is requested and will help us serve you and your students better. One week’s notice is required to process requests. Items not immediately available will be requested from other libraries.
If a particular subject is not needed, please write N/A.

Delivery Information:

Educators within our service area (see districts below) have the option of picking up their collection at one of our locations or having material delivered to their school.

Please coordinate with your school's administrative assistant; we will drop off educator collections at your school's building office.
