Cover to Cover: 2024 Reading Challenge
Adults and Teens in Tuscarawas County are encouraged to participate in the County Library’s Cover to Cover Reading Challenge. Participants are challenged to read 20 different books from specific genres throughout 2024. Those who complete the challenge will receive a free umbrella inscribed with the words “I’d Rather Be Reading.”

Interested participants can download the Beanstack Tracker app on any smartphone or tablet or visit tusclibrary.beanstack.org on the web. A paper version of the challenge will also be offered in the latest edition of Between the Lines – the library programming newsletter is delivered by mail to homes within the Library’s service district in Tuscarawas County.

The Ohio Canid Center will present an educational program on wolves and the roles they play in our ecosystem. An ambassador wolf will be present as we learn about their family life, habitat, and diet as well as the most common facts and myths about wolves.

A 5K race to benefit Summer Reading at the Tuscarawas County Public Library System. We want to see you in your grooviest gear! Break out your tie-dye, bell bottoms, etc. Pick up a registration form from any service desk at all five locations. Preregister by March 3rd to guarantee a race t-shirt. Registration begins at 9:00 AM and the race starts at 10:00 AM. The race begins and ends at the Main Library.
