Listen to a few chapters of a story and open presents as we go. By the end of the summer, we’ll have read an entire book. Participants should bring a lawn chair or blanket. (Masks required. Attendees will be meeting in person. Subject to change due to local and state COVID-19 guidelines.)

The Salvation Army will be providing lunches for children 18 years and younger through the summer feed program. 

The Pop-Up Library, a part of Mobile Services, will be making stops around the county throughout the summer! Our Pop-Up Library offers library materials available for checkouts like books, DVDs, games, and more. Attendees can also register for the Library’s Summer Reading Program or get a library card. To make hold requests, please call 330-364-4474 ext. 250. Be sure to let them know which Pop-Up Library stop you would like your items to be delivered. Adults interested in learning English language basics are invited to attend this weekly program. (Masks required. Attendees will be meeting in person. Subject to change due to local and state COVID-19 guidelines.)

The United States and the Soviet Union entered a high-stakes space race during the 1960s where the finish line became the Moon. Learn how America fulfilled President Kennedy’s goal of landing a man on the moon and returning him safely to the Earth. This program will take place through Zoom. Tweens will create a one-of-a-kind colorful vase. (Masks required. Attendees will be meeting in person. Subject to change due to local and state COVID-19 guidelines.)

This 3-week series will explore different apps and devices that are designed to monitor and improve your health. Some items are part of our Library of Things and can be checked out with your library card. (Masks required. Attendees will be meeting in person. Subject to change due to local and state COVID-19 guidelines.)
