Established in December 2019, the Tuscarawas County Public Library Foundation was created as a way to ensure a permanent source of income that will continue to grow with the financial support from supporters of the Library. Income from the foundation helps ensure the Library’s programming and services continue for generations to come.
The County Library’s Foundation enables donations to grow with greater impact, which will allow our organization to continue to be an integral, forward-thinking component of the Tuscarawas County community, providing Library customers with lifelong learning opportunities. It provides a vehicle to receive gifts of all kinds, including cash, bequests, real estate, life insurance, and retirement assets. Gifts can be made annually, monthly, or anytime throughout the year.
The Friends of the Library hold an annual Garden Tour Fundraiser with proceeds benefiting the Foundation, and tax-deductible donations can be made anytime to the Foundation.
