The Tuscarawas County Public Library System is hosting a variety of family-friendly fall festivities this October at its Main Library & Operations Center as well as its branches.
“It is my hope that such family events in the community allow for a positive, safe, and fun experience while offering the chance to meet others and expand social circles,” says Mary Smrek, Children Services Manager.
- Fall Festival at the Bolivar Branch on Thursday, October 16th at 5:30PM. Get ready for our Fourth Annual Glow-in-the-Dark Game Room. Enjoy an evening of glowing games, fun crafts, and tasty snacks. Costumes are welcome!
- Trick-or-Treat at the Main Library & Operations Center on Tuesday, October 28th from 5:30PM – 7:30PM. Stop in any time between 5:30 – 7:30 to walk along the pumpkin trail to enjoy candy, crafts, and activities.
- Halloween Duck Party at the Strasburg Branch on Thursday, October 30th at 5:30PM. Pick up a duck before the party and Duck-er-ate it. Then, bring it back to be judged at the party. Participate in games, a piñata, crafts, and enjoy some snacks.
- Fall Festival at the Sugarcreek Branch on Friday, October 31st at 4:00PM. Come enjoy family-friendly fall activities!
