Zoar Civil War reenactor Paul Goebbel will share some Civil War ghost stories. Many of the stories are probably only local legends and folklore, but a good ghost hunter knows that these types of tales can sometimes point them in the right direction because many legends have a basis in fact. At 6:00 PM members of the Dover High School Orchestra will perform spooky music live leading up to this program.
