- 1 1/2 cups of Gluten-Free 1 to 1 flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tbsp veg oil
- 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
- 2-3 mashed bananas
