New Philadelphia City Health Department Director of Nursing, Nichole Bache, BSN, RN, will present information and data on where we are in the opiate epidemic in Tuscarawas County. Participants in the program will be trained on basic overdose first-aid and naloxone (Narcan) administration. All participants will be offered a free Project Dawn Kit at the end of the evening. Free Project Dawn Kits are provided in partnership with Tuscarawas County Health Department
