The teenage years involve a lot of change, stress, and new experiences. Come monthly to a judgment-free zone and learn how to help care for yourself physically and mentally while dealing with all the changes that life brings.
- February 10th: Game Day: Play Disney Villainous and other games, and listen to records to remember to always make time for yourself to do things you enjoy.
- March 10th: Yoga & Mindfulness Day: Sarah DiFazio from Be Yoga Studios in Dover will lead an hour session to help the body and mind de-stress and become more self-aware. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and comfortable clothes to move in.
- April 14th: Spa Day: Learn how to make your own face scrubs, get your nails painted, and learn some massage techniques.
- May 12th: Body & Mind Positivity Day: Gain tips to focus on being more body positive and learn some self-affirmations. Write love letters to yourself as a reminder that you are powerful and amazing.
