The Tuscarawas Co. Senior Center and the Tuscarawas co. Health Dept. want to hold a COVID 19 Vaccine Clinic for anyone age 12 and older who want to get vaccinated. This will be done free of charge for anyone who gets vaccinated. We will be promoting the event through out the county and area via flyers and radio.
We will need:
- 1 table with 2 chairs for a registration area.
- 2 tables for vaccination tables with 2 chairs at each table
- 2 tables with 4 chairs for clients to fill out vaccine forms before getting the shot.
- And maybe 6 extra chairs for clients to wait in after shot for 15 minutes.
We can adjust everything to fit the room as needed for space and distancing. The tables for clients to fill out forms on does not have to be in the room if space is available in the library.
