Electoral College Program

The Tuscarawas County Public Library System will host a program about the American Electoral College at its Main Library on Wednesday, October 30th at 6:30PM with speaker Carl Quatraro. 


The Electoral College is America’s unique system of electing presidents. Set up by our country’s framers hundreds of years ago, the specifics of the Electoral College is not always understood and its relevance is sometimes questioned. Quatraro will share the complete story of the Electoral College System, including why it was created and how it works.


“We are excited to welcome Carl Quatraro back to our library for this timely presentation,” said Public Service Associate Erin Snider. “Quatraro has been sharing informative and enlightening talks with groups across northeast Ohio.”


The program is free, but registration is required. You can register by calling the Main library at 330-364-4474 ext 231. The Main Library is located at 121 Fair Ave NW, New Philadelphia.
