Tuscarawas County Public Library System is pleased to offer its customers access to short lessons and practice exercises from Northstar Digital Literacy in English and Spanish.
After creating an account (email and password), you can view short lessons and practice exercises to improve skills on common computer topics such as email basics, Microsoft Word, and social media. Learners can take assessments, save their scores, and access the practice lessons for questions they missed on the assessments. After training, proctored tests can be scheduled at the library to receive certification for job applications or professional development.

Ohio library access to Northstar Digital Literacy is funded through a federal Institute of Museum and Library Services ARPA grant awarded by the State Library of Ohio.
