This is a 5-minute instant screening for total cholesterol, good (HDL), and bad (LDL) cholesterol, as well as triglycerides and blood sugar. Most accurate results with a 12-hour fast. The test will be performed by a member of Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital. Cost: $9 (cash or check only)
