Tuscarawas County Public Library Home Delivery Policy
Established in December 2019, the Tuscarawas County Public Library Foundation was created as a way to ensure a permanent source of income that will continue to grow with the financial support from supporters of the Library. Income from the foundation helps ensure the Library’s programming and services continue for generations to come.

As a way of supporting our mission and core values, the Tuscarawas County Public Library System welcomes public use of meeting spaces at our Main Library and Bolivar Branch. Groups can gather for cultural, civic, intellectual, and/or informal educational engagement.
