MakerSpace equipment will be returning to the Tuscarawas County Public Library System this fall. Each of the county library’s five locations (Main, Bolivar, Strasburg, Sugarcreek, and Tuscarawas) will have a 3D printer, Cricut machine, button maker, and sewing machine available for use.
“Whether you are a seasoned maker or are new to our MakerSpace the equipment can be used on a first come first serve basis or customers looking for a specific time frame can schedule an appointment,” said Technology Training Coordinator Jessica Conley.
Those interested in taking introductory classes from Conley can call the library to reserve a seat. The dates and topics for these 101 introductory classes include:
· TinkerCAD on September 15th at 5:30 PM: Learn what 3D design is and how to navigate and explore 3D design space. (Main Library, 121 Fair Ave. NW in New Philadelphia)
