Adults and Teens in Tuscarawas County are encouraged to participate in the County Library’s Cover to Cover Reading Challenge. Participants are challenged to read 20 different books from specific genres throughout 2024. Those who complete the challenge will receive a free umbrella inscribed with the words “I’d Rather Be Reading.”
Interested participants can download the Beanstack Tracker app on any smartphone or tablet or visit tusclibrary.beanstack.org on the web. A paper version of the challenge will also be offered in the latest edition of Between the Lines – the library programming newsletter is delivered by mail to homes within the Library’s service district in Tuscarawas County.
The Tuscarawas County Public Library announces that it has a vacancy on its Board of Trustees due to the expiring term of its Tuscarawas representative Kait Gallagher-Wilsterman.
This fall, academic assistance is available for all ages at the County Library System from English Second Language classes for adults to tutoring services for kindergarten through 5th grade children.
